guinea, i have a bailey A-400 and got it when it first came out years ago. they are improved today but i do not know how it could be improved except to make a slightly larger opening for the pug of clay to come out.
As for the pug mill, I really prefer shimpo or Bailey, but that's based upon experience as a vacuum pug mill, and the peter pugger I used was non-vacuum assisted. I never expected a pug mill to do all of the wedging for me, but expected it to have the body warmed up.
